二日酔いの原因はアルコールを摂取することで、体内でアルコールはアルコール脱水分解酵素によりアセトアルデヒトに分解されます。
このアセトアルデヒトというのが毒性が強く、二日酔いの症状を引き起こしています。
なので、二日酔いはアルコールが原因ではなく、アセトアルデヒトが原因なのです。
アセトアルデヒトも次第に分解代謝されるのですが、このアセトアルデヒトの分解能力が低い人、もしくは飲みすぎでアセトアルデヒトの分解が追いつかない場合に二日酔いが起こるとされています。
このアセトアルデヒト分解能力というのは個人差があるため、お酒が飲めない下戸タイプ、お酒が飲める酒豪タイプとがあるのはこのためです。
対処方法としては、脱水症状を起こしているため、まずは水分補給が大事です。肝臓でのアルコール分解には糖分が必要であるため、糖分を摂取することも重要です。
水分補給時に胃炎を起こしている場合は、胃の刺激を極力避けるため冷えていないものを飲むようにします。
水分補給を就寝前にするだけでも次の日の二日酔いの症状を軽減することが出来ます。
ときどき見かけるのが、お風呂、サウナなどに入って汗として有害物質を出そうとする人もいますが、血液が全身にいくために肝臓に血液が集まらなくなり、分解速度が遅くなるというデータもあるそうなので、汗を出す行為は有効ということもないようです。
それよりは早く睡眠を取り、肝臓に血液を集めることをするほうが良いみたいです。
